Not much to alter for funnyness on a simple 'end of trial' page, sadly.

WHY??? [Posted by Golb989 on April 15th, 2017, 8:10 am]

I still fail to understand why they'd want you to hate Edgeworth now just to turn him into a "good" character (to the point of being the protagonist of his own game) later.

Or rather, i fail to understand how he is supposed to be considered "good" later after all he's doing now, but then again that applies to pretty much every single prosecutor that the protagonist faces: heck, you'd think their actual job is to make sure innocent people are condemned in place of the actual criminals instead!

The outburst doesn't seem that out of character for me. At this point he's still fairly similar to Von Karma, and he's generally used to trials going his way with him in control the whole time. If he loses control, especially with someone like the man who was with Miss May adding extra risk, I can see him losing his cool and saying something like that, considering what he is like at this point in the series.

@Golb989: Character development. Not to mention when they made the first game, they weren't actually expecting to make a second game, let alone a game with Edgeworth being the protagonist.

This always bothered me; 'oof'? Did Phoenix's logic physically strike Edgeworth or something?

It happens all the time, too. One must wonder if lawyers in the Phoenix Wright universe have some kind of logic-based telekinetic powers.
