This is the biggest issue with the law in the Phoenix Wright universe.

The prosecution can say whatever they want as long as it's just a little bit consistent with the conditions of the scene, and it's accepted as fact.

However, if the defense wishes to say something, they need to prove EVERY LAST DETAIL with evidence.

@Ultizeta: well, yeah! Don't you remember the case where *spoiler* was already 100% not related to murder and most already know that *spoiler* was the killer, but still you had to prove that he was the killer?

Sometimes I wish someone would just call the prosecution out on being a selfish jerk wad who only cares about winning and not the truth, it's especially irritating for "non-amoral" ones like Gavin and Blackquill.
