The completely different person counter is not used when people actually start acting like a different person,
it's for when people POINT OUT that someone's turned into a completely different person.

Because that happens a lot. and usually with the exact same sentence. "(s)he looks like a completely different person!"

The counter is mainly there to satisfy my curiosity of how often it's said, exactly.

I do the same thing with the phrase "but still" im Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.
